Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email for your reference.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@verdelice.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 20 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Return Process

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
